city harvest church
today was tiring day, went shopping in the afernoon and got a headache.went for ballet class later and had fun. after class, miss pang ask me to help her get some famous amos cookies since she is going for a party after that. pear, joy and me got the gingerbread cookie box. so cute. =]after that, i went to ms ng church, city harvest.
the number of people there was, wow. i keeping losing track of where miss ng is but due to her red hair, i can find her back fast enough. i met miss ng two best friends. they all look so young. we finally settled down and i was sitting beside miss ng. our sits were on a slope so we have a clear view of the stage although we were quite far. it really was an experience. everybody shaking hands, wishing each other a merry christmas. and they ask those who came to this church the first or second time to stand up. and everybody there immediately start shaking my hands welcoming me. the warmth in the church, i felt it. there are singing and many sang along. it immediately got me thinking. everybody there led a different life but everybody there believe in god. they all sing as one, all together. and is not only the people in that church, during that service but every single christian in the world. their hearts are connected with the same belief. is amazing. after all the singing and wishing each other merry christmas and all the hugging. we sat down to watch a skit about jesus virgin birth. it was very creative and funny. but i think the idea is very teenage. it reminds me of the time where yu ting, clement, joel and me did the lit skit about anne frank last year. lame ideas but fun. after the skit, the pastal started talking, and all along there is this lady translating into chinese. he talk about peace and a story about how jesus blood can clear all sins. something like that. we were asked to stand and close our eyes. later he asked those who wants to become christian or want to clear away their sins to come forward. many went, and miss ng said if i want i can tell her she will bring me down. if i don't is okay. i just smile. we started to sing again and he then us to repeat after him, a prayer. we were all given a candle each and we lighted our candle. from my point of view, looking downwards. i see a sea of light. the feeling is like high? i don't know. holding the candle we sang again. very soon, it all come to an end.
i went to yiqing church before. but her church is quite small and it gave me totally different feeling compared to a big church like city harvest. anyway had a great time, and learn new things too. yu ting, i think you will enjoy it of you go. and i don't feel weird at all, just a little pressure.
i think if there is any one day where you don't learn a single thing, about the world or yourself or any other thing. it is a wasted day. glad today was not a wasted day.

will be perfect if my sis, kor and sister-in-law are now in singapore. miss them all.
