A new year
yesterday night, met up with pearline, joy, elysebeth and cherly chin for new year countdown. we decided to go to esplande for countdown. we had a had time finding a good spot to watch the fireworks. we went onto the bridge and somehow or other we went down again, some of us get molested here and there. there are many indians and malays. chinese are so not active. we decided to wait by the river side in the end. elysebeth bought this spray can thing. 5, one for each of us. there is this bunch of indians behind me who bought many cans. they started spraying like nobody business. since the wind is blowing our way, all the white foam landed on us. grrrrr... they creat a lot of noise and we had a tiring time waiting as we are all so short among all the guys around us. we are deprive of fresh air. other than that, we had a lot of fun. laughing at everything, very high, going crazy. especially elysebeth and me. there is a bunch of chinese boys infront of us holding spray cans too.without warning, fireworks started. it was very very very nice!! it lasted for sometime and two set of fireworks are going off the same time. the one right infront of us was so nice. better than the rest of the years i think. after the fireworks ended, we had a war with the chinese boys. we started spraying each other and all of us are cover in foams!! they seems to have endless spray cans and ours ran out. elysebeth was bullied by this boy and among all of us she was the worst. pearline and me were next in the line. someone bought a green colour thing which unlike the foam can disappear easily, stick to us. my hair was green and pearline shirt was green. only both us and elysebeth got that. lucky cheryl and joy! the boys keep spraying pearline and me after after we finish using our spray cans. some went into my mouth and ehhhhh... taste disgusting. we wipe al the foams on the guys hair and shirt. after which we clean ourslves up in the toliet before going home. cheryl's parent have kindly sent us all home.
all five if us squeeze into the back seat. nobody was comfortable but that does not prevent us from taking lots and lots of pictures! we had a hard time fitting everybody into the picture but in the end we managed. took many spastic photos and can't wait to see the pictures and pearline sent us.

p.s had dinner with my family at my brother's place. made mashed potato using ms ng japanese style. turns out great! haha
