sick
had an interview with some useless doctor at NUShad to walk up a freaking hill with a bad headache
talk to her for about 1.5 hour
with not help use at all!
even after popping two panadols, it was no use!
went back to school, headache intensify.
decide to go home earlier.
took my temperature, 39.7!!!!!!
pop another panadol
throughout the night my temperature hover about 39.
and my arms and back ache so badly from tug of war.
it is so much trouble pulling up and down my pants.
and can u imagine the number of times i use the toilet with me drinking so much water!
miss school today.
think i have to go back to school for cheerlead tmr.
feel quite bad about not being able to attend training and make phobos macot coustume.
still have PI to rush out.

getting sick is nature way of telling you to slow down.
this is a good rest,
and a good slimming programme.
