warning: the extract below protrays feelings of anger coupled with extreme weariness i really don't understand how (my work place) expects its employees to be happy enough to smile to all the guests and treat them with a 100% positive attitude when whatever happens at the BOH just makes people wanna throw sticks and stones at the management. or maybe is just (my department) problem. or perhaps just (my department)'s boss problem.either way, today it brought me to boiling point and i still manage to be nice to him which in return, got none of his understanding but unreasonable explanation(in fact i highly doubt is any form of explanation) To think i always try to see where you're coming from and still root for you when others diss you. well done SA. you just lost all the respect i ever gave you. hope you screw up big time tmr. happy chinese new year.
